Bailey Bossow is the founder and owner of Meraki Enriched, Inc., a Colorado-based accounting, operations, and business advisory firm.
Since founding Meraki in 2020, Bailey has worked with entrepreneurs across a range of industries to simplify financial management, strengthen internal systems, and provide practical strategic support.
With more than a decade of experience across executive administration, accounting, business operations, and organizational development, her background bridges the gap between financial accuracy and operational excellence.
Bailey holds a certification in Organizational Development Consulting, and her career has included complex executive operations, financial administration, organizational initiatives, and business management. Her approach is intentionally hands-on. Rather than functioning as another outside vendor, Bailey works to become a trusted extension of the businesses she serves—helping owners understand their numbers, organize their companies, solve problems, and make confident decisions.
Rooted in Colorado. Invested in small business.
Outside of Meraki, Bailey enjoys life with her son, Colorado's outdoors, gardening, cooking, and supporting local businesses and community organizations.
She believes strong local businesses create strong communities—and that helping entrepreneurs build sustainable companies creates an impact far beyond the balance sheet.
